@Romanops sorry, i meant evenly spaced...on the full map, not literally all over.

@Romanops about locations, can you make some all over the map...not just the city...i like to sell the extra cars you get during story mode with the random events that can happen anywhere.

@TurkishPerson ok...the peds usually fall to the ground and writhe for 3 seconds then die...i don't want them to die right away unless i keep shooting them...like say i wanted to just wound everyone to get away...i hope that makes better sense.

does this keep the peds from dying...keeping them in a wounded state?
